The company’s shareholders have leadership experience of many years in the private and public sectors.

Xpanse’s ultimate goal is to generate a demonstrable business growth for current and potential business partners, ultimately making a lasting societal impact.  Community participation is thus critical to the success of our enterprise. Our philosophy integrates the noble ideals of Black Economic Empowerment together with established business enterprise models in order to strengthen the South African economy. We have however since grown to pursue and acquire minority stakes in other business sectors.
